Instructions

For your convenience we follow an appointment system. Our patients have preferred it over the token system and find it more convenient. Although it involves much more effort and planning on our part but you can fix your appointment in person, by Letter or on phone during working hours, i.e. between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Please call +91-183-2221128, 2221132, 6531128, 6541132 for appointment. Please do not forget to confirm your appointment Time and Date. Please bring your old card or appointment slip with you.
We try to accommodate most of the walk-in patients (without appointment) the same day. They are examined as and when the appointment slot is vacant. It may take couple of hours.
Any emergency patient and the cases operated the previous day will get preference for consultation over the appointment cases. Patients with appointment get preference over the walk-in patients.
When you come to the institute please report at the reception. Kindly report at the reception approximately 25 minutes before the appointment time. It may take upto 45 minutes before you are examined by the doctor after the registration at the reception.
Please fix your appointment for your next visit, if required, with the reception before leaving the institute.
If some medicine has been used for examination of the inside of the eye there may be some blurring of vision and sensitivity to light for a few hours. Avoid driving.
When you come to the institute please report at the reception. If you have an appointment inform the person at the reception. The person at reception is expected to attend you immediately, make your card trace file (for old case), accept payment, guide you to be seated and inform you of the expected time it may take before your turn comes for examination. your card and file stays at the counter. The file will remain with us for our record and the card along with prescription will be given to you by doctor after consultation. The patients already given appointment will be seen according to their appointment and get preference over walk-in cases.
